"I am not particularly concerned," Jurgen Klopp said about Mohamed Salah's form.
"That’s what strikers do, what happens to strikers, that’s how it is. We have to go through this, he has to go through that.
"He is one of the most experienced players we have in the squad. We will go through that but that’s pretty much all.
"It’s not that Mo didn’t miss chances before in his life, that’s a part of the game. The penalty was super-convincing, a super penalty, then the next chance, that was unlucky but it is not the first time he missed a chance like that.
"I will not make a big story of it, what you make of it I have no influence on, but no, I am not particularly concerned."
Salah has not scored from open play since March 31, although he found the net from the penalty spot twice in that period, including his goal against Atalanta on Thursday.
Still, the Egyptian's form has drawn some attention pretty much since he recovered from a serious hamstring injury. There's a good chance he might be back to his best only after a summer's rest.
