'I'm waiting patiently': Arda Guler sends strong message to Ancelotti after first La Liga start

Scoring the match-winner against Real Sociedad on Friday, Arda Guler marked his second goal for Real Madrid. It was the first La Liga start for the Turkish youngster, by the way.

Speaking to the media in the aftermath of the game, Arda sent Carlo Ancelotti a special message.

"I want to thank mister for the opportunity [to play]. I’m in the best club in the world, and I’m super happy.

"I’m not working only physically but also on my mentality. I’m waiting patiently; my mentality is to keep improving."

Ancelotti, for his part, announced that Arda will continue at the Bernabeu next season. So, with a little bit of patience and determination, the player will surely get more time to shine.
