Harry Maguire sets historic Premier League record with goal against Sheffield

Harry Maguire was on target against Sheffield United on Wednesday, scoring in the first half to make it 1–1.

Manchester United eventually won the important Old Trafford clash 4–2 and the centre-backs' goal marked a historic milestone.

Maguire's goal was the 1,085th goal scored in the Premier League this season, setting the record for the most goals scored in a 20-team season.

Although the record is of no importance to Man United, it's still good to see the Red Devils firing away in what has been quite a goal-shy campaign under Erik ten Hag.
