According to Fabrizio Romano via The United Stand, a handful of Premier League clubs are 'monitoring' Mason Greenwood as he nears the end of his loan spell with Getafe.
Romano understands Greenwood is unlikely to don a Manchester United shirt again.
The decision on Greenwood's future was supposed to be taken by the incoming sporting director. However, there is a growing certainty now that he won't continue at the club.
Playing away from the harsh glare of the British media has helped Greenwood rack up eight goals and five assists this season.
Besides the Premier League, clubs in Spain are also keeping an eye on Mason's situation. He may end up staying in England though if given a choice, Romano adds.
The English winger is contracted to Man United till 2025 but he's not expected to receive a new contract, despite Sir Jim Ratcliffe leaving the door open for his return.
