Bournemouth pulled off an incredible comeback against Luton Town in what's being hailed as one of the Premier League's greatest-ever turnarounds! Luton Town surged ahead with a three-goal lead at halftime, thanks to Tahith Chong, Chiedozie Ogbene, and Ross Barkley finding the net.
Bournemouth fans were not happy, even booing their team at halftime. But in a stunning reversal, the Cherries rallied back to snatch victory, with goals from Dominic Solanke, Illia Zabarnyi, and a brace from Antoine Semenyo.
They could've even scored a fifth goal, but Thomas Kaminski saved a shot from Enes Unal in injury time.
This victory marked the first time since 2003 that a team came back from three goals down to win in the Premier League.
And it's a bitter blow for Luton, who are now in 18th place, three points behind Nottingham Forest. The loss stings even more as they face Forest in a crucial match on Saturday, with both teams fighting to avoid relegation.
On the comeback, Paul Robinson told the BBC: "There are ways to lose football matches and that will be a real kick in the teeth for Rob Edwards."
"It just shows how fragile Luton are. They are on a run of form not picking up results and results going against them. When you are down there and go 3-0 up, one goes in and then that self doubt begins to creep in."
"That seems to be what has happened tonight. That will be a real hammer blow for them."
