Son Heung-min can't touch fans' phones because of strict rule

Tottenham Hotspur's star forward, Son Heung Min, found himself in a bit of a tricky situation recently. While he's away representing South Korea in international matches, he took some time to meet and greet fans.

After playing a full 90 minutes in South Korea's 0-0 draw against Wales, Son was all set to face Saudi Arabia. Before the game, he was captured taking photos with fans. However, there was a twist. Due to his contract with Samsung, a mobile phone provider, he couldn't hold one fan's phone.

With a polite apology, he explained that his contract prevents him from physically holding any phone, but he was more than happy to pose for a selfie if the fan held the device.

It turns out Son became Samsung's Galaxy brand ambassador in July, and he's no stranger to partnering with famous brands like Calvin Klein and TUMI. He's keen on keeping things positive with his sponsors to ensure his deal stays intact.
