Marseille interested in Umtiti loan
Barcelona will look to part ways with Samuel Umtiti this summer in order to get rid of his massive wages, Mundo Deportivo say. There have been no transfer offers on him so the Catalans are ready to agree to a loan, it's said. French outlet Le10Sport report that Marseille are willing to take Umtiti on loan for next season. The move could be facilitated by the good relationship between the two clubs.
Barca Femeni extend contracts of 6 players
So far, Barca Femeni have so far extended the contracts of six players: Graham Hansen, Patri Guijarro, Sandra Panos, Andrea Falcon, Ana Crnogorcevic, and Melanie Serrano. Kheira Hamraoui and Vicky Losada, meanwhile, are expected to leave as free agents.
Sampdoria slap price-tag on Barca-linked Damsgaard
Denmark starlet Mikkel Damsgaard is said to have attracted Barca's interest thanks to his performances at the Euro 2020. According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Sampdoria will listen to offers on the 20-year-old starting at around €30m, although the president hopes to get up to €40m on him.
Pedri excited to have Eric Garcia at Barca
"Eric Garcia is a centre-back who can give us a lot. Regardless of whether he is a starter or a substitute, he contributes a lot to the group.
