Bayern Munich have slapped a €70m price tag on Alphonso Davies, according to Bild (h/t Marca).
During the last meeting between Davies and the club, there was no agreement reached with the defender who is set to become a free agent in 2025.
Reports claim the Canadian full-back only wants to play for Real Madrid and has made this clear to other interested clubs.
Real Madrid are only keen on paying half of Davies' price tag (€35m) after reaching an agreement with the player.
Los Blancos are unwilling to spend lavishly on a player who is already in the last year of his contract.
If Bayern continues to insist on such a high price for Davies, Madrid could walk away and wait to get the player for free in the summer of 2025. The Germans would try everything to avoid that.
