Real Madrid's plan B for Alphonso Davies revealed (reliability: 5 stars)

Real Madrid are determined to sign Alphonso Davies this summer, according to Relevo's Jorge Picon.

However, if Bayern Munich demand an 'exorbitant' fee for the Canadian, the Whites will be ready to wait until 2025 and sign him for free – this is the club's plan B.

Real Madrid have already reached the verbal agreement for the superstar left-back to join the club this summer. The player himself is also willing to sign for the Whites this year.

Earlier, it was reported that Bayern expect Real Madrid to pay around €40m for the 23-year-old whose current deal expires in 2025.

Davies has registered four goal contributions in 27 appearances for Bayern this season.
