Fran Garcia
The 24-year-old academy graduate returned to Bernabeu this summer after a standout season at Rayo Vallecano. His defensive lapses, notably one that resulted in conceding a goal in the Getafe clash, have raised concerns.
Fran certainly needs more time to adapt.
Anyway, if the choice for the left-back spot is between him and Ferland Mendy, we'd still go with Fran.
Rodrygo and Vinicius
Last season, Madrid played with a 4-3-3 formation, featuring Karim Benzema. With Benzema's departure, Carlo Ancelotti has made a tactical switch to a 4-4-2 'diamond' formation.
Since this change, our wingers have been struggling to find their best form. Up to this point, they have scored twice as few goals combined as Bellingham alone.
