Manchester United have been hit by injuries to several key players throughout the season, leading to defensive issues.
In the last two games, the Red Devils have dropped points from winning positions - drawing 1-1 with Brentford and then the 4-3 loss to Chelsea on Thursday.
Although Brentford's number was higher, Chelsea managed 28 shots on target and managed to find the back of the net on four occasions.
This adds to the fact that no other club in Europe has conceded more shots in 2024 than Man United.
However, Erik ten Hag refuses to admit there's an issue that needs fixing.
When asked about opponents' growing number of shots against Man United, Ten Hag replied, quoted by The Standard: "It is ridiculous. We showed we were fourth ranking before this game in goals conceded.
"Everyone is talking each other after, so I can’t do anything with it. We are good. We have good defending as a team.
"We have a great goalkeeper as well, we have a good back four. I can do nothing with such stats."
