'You don't know who is going to turn up': Roy Keane issues stern warning to Man United before Liverpool clash

Roy Keane was disgusted by what he witnessed from Man United in their 1-1 draw against Brentford in the Premier League at the weekend.

Speaking about the performance and how it came a week before the huge Premier League game against Liverpool, he told Sky Sports: “You don't know what United team is going to turn up.

“We've seen it over the last few weeks. They were let of the hook by Liverpool in that game but United got the job done. We saw them last night [against Brentford] where they were rubbish - absolute rubbish!

“They got a draw and they probably should have won but they were hanging on at the end but with this Man United team, we're having the same conversations, you just don't know who's going to turn up.

“The point I've been making for the last few weeks is that every team who plays against Man United find it easy to open them up and get chances. If they give Liverpool the amount of chances they gave them in the cup game, they will be well beaten.”

Keane hits the nail in the head with his last point, because Man United could be in for a rude awakening if they afford Liverpool as many chances or shots on goal as they did to Brentford at the weekend.

The Red Devils did defeat Jurgen Klopp’s side in dramatic fashion in the FA Cup quarter-final and will hope to replicate that in the upcoming Premier League clash at the weekend.
