Well spoken. We are missing characters, strongly minded players who can fight for results. South American profile / south European are more suited. City are full of these profiles and Arsenal and Liverpool as well even if they have a better mix of English players.
Nothing wrong with Like Shaw, Mainoo, Hojlund and Garnacho. If Bruno, Casemiro and Varane can be get regular break, they also deserve a spot next year, the others can either go or be play super sub for a couple of them max.
It remains to be seen whether Utd trusts ETH to rebuild with few new players that the new management team will recruit.

Even the ones who are not performing regular?

Who goes over the tactics with the players ie man marking, corners, free kicks etc etc? 
Who leaves the players he’s selected for the games on the pitch?

Who has bought 13 players which is whole a team plus a sub in which surely is his errr team? 
Who stands on the touchline watching and doing nothing when we are getting smashed of a Brentford side who had all there back 4 missing but don’t blame injuries on the draw?

Jim should sit down with Ole and get to the bottom of which players are causing this shit...it would be unfair to sack ETH then bring in fresh new young players for the next manager and he does well and then go on to say you see ir was the manager...no manager has really successfully got these players to play good football. I say bring in a new manager keep the players and tell him to make it work and then watch him get put under a bus..we have had good managers that have tried and failed with some of these players.

You see we will go backward if the manager is sacked. We had top manager but no one could handle the job. I keep saying it’s not the managers but it’s players that’s been there for long and they no that no1 will point fingers at them rather to the ones that joined. Mark my word if they don’t get a manager who can control these players and give the manager what he needs and not to do then we are finished.

You are not entirely correct,though the players needs to share in the blame but when we won Liverpool,who took all the praises the most? ETH, there you have it. Everyone was raving about how good a tactician he is and how his subs were spot on, so when they lose, I see no reason why the blame can't be dropped on him as well. Now let's all be honest with ourselves, most Utd fans now have a mediocre mentality because we haven't really competed as the likes of City and Liverpool else we wont settle for this bullshit we see every game day. Every team in this league plays as a team, the patterns are there to see, but never with this United team. Now answer this, does Luton, Everton, Burnley, Fulham have better players than United ? Cos they play better football than us. Let's face reality man, Eth is lacking, you can support him to stay but don't absolve him from his shortcomings.

Let's be honest with ourselves, the managers we have hired over time were lacking as well..Van Gaal great tactician but to me, that's just it. Mourinho was past his best, let's be honest. Review his other jobs after United, what has he really done? Yea a final with Spurs and a trophy with Roma, playing dead football. Ole tried but that final pull of the elite managers was lacking. What can you say about Eth, it's only about reaching the semi final of 18/19 UCL but it's a knockout game, not a league race. Anything can happen in knockouts just like with Liverpool recently. The players are poor yes, but the managers are lacking as well

This is why I keep saying this, untill we get players with strong mentality, we will always blame coaches for the problems at Man United. The mentality of players like Rashford is the weakest in world football. Almost the entire team has the weakest footballing mentality in the league. How would you win a match against one of the strongest teams in the league (Liverpool) and subsequently lose against Brentford??? And fans are here keeping on blaming the coach. These players are lazy and weak. They can't even fight for the ball or more or less win the ball.

Going to be on an even tighter budget with no champions league. With no players going to want to sign with this broken club, with no champions league money coming in, with players publicly having issues with ten hag, I don’t see them investing in him mate. Best option would be to get rid of him and players. Start fresh with young players, and a coach who can implement his style immediately. Can’t go this far backwards in your second season. Most clubs have multiple injuries, they seem to still be fighting. Don’t see it with United this season. Unfortunately it starts and ends with the manager.

U are all saying we should get rid and coach forgetting u won’t be able to wait for two three seasons to win trophies and if every experience players are gone while bringing in all young talented players there will be more bad days than we have now and u as a fan will criticize and crucify the coach and players as u doing now and u will want to replace the coach again bcus we see what’s happening with Chelsea with all the expensive signings and good talented young players they signed but still they are tenth place

They’ve been in a “rebuild” for over a decade mate and we haven’t gotten ourselves anywhere. New financial backing as well as football operations away from the owners needs a fresh start. Well he's 100‰ wrong and a bit of an idiot as he's ignored the fact we're on a very tight budget with other big European clubs looking for managers aswell.
Then it's an International tournament year with major players and many top managers unavailabe until August and then the major factor here is the "new" manager will want his own players which we can't afford.
So this reddit guy is a fool and Ten Hag is staying next season.
