"It's a small injury," said Erik ten Hag while sharing an update on Rasmus Hojlund at his pre-match press conference.
"[He will be out for] two or three weeks.
"It's the risk, playing high intensity. It's not a big injury but he has to wait for two or three weeks."
Last October, there were concerns among the Manchester United staff that Ten Hag's intense training sessions were affecting the players.
Whether or not that's the real reason is unknown but it is strange to see so many players get sidelined because of various injuries this season.
In Hojlund's case, it could be argued that's mostly down to him starting every single game as the striker as there's no one else available.
The young striker will now miss the upcoming Fulham clash on Saturday and the big Manchester derby next weekend.
