According to reliable Turkish news outlet Takvim, Fenerbahce have tabled an initial offer worth €8 million to sign Anthony Martial this month.
The Frenchman, whose contract expires in the summer, has been in negotiations over triggering a one-year extension at Manchester United.
However, Martial has never really come good on his potential with more misses than hits over the years. In the current season, he was sidelined with an injury for a while.
Now that he's returned, he's only managed one goal in the Premier League so far.
The Red Devils may look to cut their losses on Martial but €8 million is far too less. Perhaps pushing for at least €10 million to €12 million would be better for Man United from a business standpoint.
The report adds Fenerbahce are eager to sign Martial to add firepower to their attack. They are hoping to capitalise on their good relationship with Man United, having done deals for Altay Bayindir and Fred in the past.
