Van Persie explains Old Trafford appearance
Robin van Persie was in the stands at Old Trafford on Tuesday as Manchester United came back from two goals down to secure a 3–2 win against Aston Villa.
The Dutchman told MUTV: "It was a bit of a coincidence that I'm here now with my wife and friends. When I looked at the schedule I was like if I can pick that game, I will pick that game because of course our sort of shared memories we have against Villa. Villa is doing well this year so it’s a nice game to watch."
Borussia Dortmund planning 'big bid' for Dan Gore
As per Football Insider, Borussia Dortmund are planning to make a big bid to sign Man United youngster Dan Gore.
The German side are ready to enquire about his availability in January and test Man United by making a significant offer for him in the summer.
Emery reflects on Man United defeat
Unai Emery has blamed Aston Villa's lack of experience at the top level for his side's collapse against Man United in the Premier League on Tuesday.
He said: "Our players are now taking experience. Man United, they have more experiences than us, more time being in the top level, the players and the club and the team. We move on. In the end, very disappointed, but accepting."
Man United reject offer for Greenwood
As per The Sun, Man United have rejected a £40m from Getafe to sign Mason Greenwood permanently.
The Red Devils are unlikely to make a decision on his future before this season finishes.
