Lingard turns 31 with no club
Jesse Lingard has turned 31 and the former Man United player is still without a club as a free agent, reports The Athletic.
The report describes him as a 'non-footballing footballer' since his last competitive 90 minutes was for Nottingham Forest back in 2022. Lingard reportedly doesn't seem too bothered by not having a club to play for.
Erik ten Hag confident of players' potential to win at Anfield
Erik ten Hag believes that his Man United players are capable of getting a positive result against Liverpool.
He said: "We will not ignore it but we go there and we will be confident and I know my players will be confident to go there from the start to the end. We have to fight there, we have to challenge there and you go there with the idea. So we will prepare them with the idea to win there."
Man United urged to make move for Bournemouth forward
Former Man United midfielder Owen Hargreaves believes that the club should move to sign Bournemouth striker Dominic Solanke.
He told Metro: "I would take him at Manchester United. “I think now Solanke, he will get another big move. Whether it’s Man United or not. But to get a kid that big and technically that good, who is smart enough, can run the channels and press. He will get another chance at the top, I am certain."
Casemiro makes decision on future
According to 90Min, a tier-three source, Casemiro has 'accepted' the fact that his future lies away from Man United and may look for an exit option next year.
Casemiro has missed 13 games already this season and he's been sloppy at best even when given chances. The report adds he may play a key role amid all the injuries but that does not guarantee he will stay at the club.
