Speaking on talkSPORT radio, Gabriel Agbonlahor said: "It is impossible for Manchester United to lure Unai Emery away. He is at a massive club.
"Aston Villa, big, big club. Owners stay out of the way, you don't hear about Villa's owners, he gets on with the owners. The players all like playing for him.
"11 home games unbeaten in the Premier League, that's a record. Everything about Villa at the moment, the football they're playing, they're doing well.
"In the Premier League, they're five points off the top and it's a happy club. Why would you leave that for the carnage that's going on at Man United?"
For what it's worth, Emery has not been linked with a move to Man United. However, the Spaniard has done incredibly well in just one year at Aston Villa.
Erik ten Hag, meanwhile, continues to battle rumours that the Red Devils are looking at potential replacements following the disastrous start to the season.
