Lindelof speaks on Man United future
Victor Lindelof said: "But I have an option year and there is a deadline for it. When exactly I don't know. But it feels quite likely that it will be activated.
"Absolutely [I want to continue at United]. I enjoy myself very much. I am entering my seventh year at the club. I feel good and the family feels good. It's a club that I really like, and that I love to represent."
Vieira gives verdict on Ratcliffe's leadership
Patrick Vieira on working under Sir Jim Ratcliffe as Nice coach: "He’d never interfere with my work.
"We’d talk about football when we met, about the team and our lives, but he’s not an owner who will get involved too much and prevent the manager from doing his job."
Portugal boss sings Bruno praises
Following his impressive displays for his country at the Euro qualifiers, Portugal manager Roberto Martinez told reporters the following about Bruno Fernandes: "He's a very good professional, a player who has seven assists, an intelligent player, who adapts to the qualities of his teammates, who gives a lot of tactical flexibility.
"Bruno is a dream for a coach! He needs training to understand the idea of the game and has a high level of execution. Technically he has a vision of the game that I think is of superlative quality and I really like his work.
"He’s adapted to many positions, he gives structure, he gives balance, he’s a key player for us."
Odegaard compliments Man United target
Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard did not hold back on complimenting Man United target Antonio Nusa, 18, having seen him perform for the Norway team.
Odegaard told reporters: "It’s nice to see young Norwegian players who dare to show themselves. They dribble and challenge. And, as soon as Nusa comes off the bench, he becomes dangerous. It’s fun to watch and it’s nice to have them here. [The youngsters] deserve to be here, and they are showing that they belong at this level."
