'So greedy despite his limitations': Man United fans growing frustrated with Marcus Rashford

Marcus Rashford's disappointing pre-season form has carried into the first month of the 2023/24 campaign.

The forward has scored just one goal in seven games across all competitions as Manchester United's attack continues to struggle.

The fans are growing tired with Rashford's selfishness on the pitch following another frustrating display against Burnley in the Premier League on Saturday.

Em765 (via RedCafe): "This is just who Rashford is. He has been the same level as a player for about five years now. Capable of brilliance but also inconsistent and sometimes infuriating and lazy."

Quagmire Maguire: "So many excuses are made for Rashford. It's Mourinho's fault, it's Rangnick's fault, Ole isn't a coach, he can't play on the left he needs to play through the middle, actually he isn't a no.9 he has to play on the right, he can't play on the right he needs to play on the left, he needs Shaw in the team, something must be going on in his head, he's carrying a back injury 3 years ago... He is just s***e at this level."

stw2022: "He's so wasteful almost every time he touches the ball, it's all over the pitch. With him involved in every attacking move we undertake we essentially have to completely write off 60–70% of every attack to the 'Rashford factor'. Aggravated by the fact he's so greedy despite his limitations."

Craig Ward: "Body language is shocking. Workrate is shocking. He's not doing it offensively and a massive hindrance to the team. Not finding his passes and very slow in decision making. He's big pals with Sancho and I cant help think he's downed tools for Ten Hag. He's not playing like a committed player."
