 title contenders have increased their lead over the Reds in the table.

Arsenal defeated their North London rivals Tottenham 3-2, while City cruised to a 2-0 victory over Nottingham Forest.

As a result, the Gunners have a five-point lead over Liverpool, while Man City are four points ahead of the Reds.

Liverpool could still catch up with the teams above them, but only in theory. Realistically, though, it's unlikely that both Arsenal and City drop points at least twice in the remaining matches while Liverpool will win all of their games.

I do agree with the point your making around some decisions however we are not playing well and have lost our MOJO thats what has cost us. All teams are moaning about referee decisions at this time as we are able to sit and question and replay but the reality is we've lost our way and had really poor results  conceded far too easily and can't hit the target. The team looks disjointed and it's showing.

The dropped points at Luton and the trashing at arsenal and the inability to beat a poor man united side, and we still can't beat Brighton away cost us, and the team just being as good as the other two didn't help

I said after the Spurs var debacle that it would cost us the league and then the Arsenal handball var error that is also very costly. This season has panned out exactly how I thought. It is exactly the same as 2 seasons ago when City got away with the handball in the Everton game and if given we would have won the league instead City won it by 1 point. There is no corruption in our league, come on who are they trying to kid.

We had United beat only to bottle it in the F.A. and then again bottled it in the league
a second time
against the scum.
we have been nothing but a shadow of our former selves since those two or three defeats 
if we add the Atalanta defeat
on top.

Everything was going well until we lost to Atlanta at Anfield and it looked like we were exposed big time and after Atlanta game everything has changed, it seems we have lost everything except the league cup.
I don't know whether the players are tired or the manager has ran out of ideas.
