Who would win Premier League if Liverpool, Arsenal and Man City finish level on points?

It's a three-horse race for the Premier League title this season, with Arsenal, Liverpool and Man City all vying for the crown.

At the moment, the Gunners are the leaders while the Reds are second. Both sides are on 74 points, but Arsenal are ahead on goal difference. Man City are a point behind but have a game in hand.

There is a chance that all three sides will finish with the same number of points. What happens then, who'll be given the title?

The first tie-breaker is goal difference. Arsenal have the best record among the three (+51) so far, Man City are second (+44) and Liverpool are third (+43).

If the teams are level on goal difference, goals scored will be used. Again, advantage Arsenal — they have scored 77 goals. City are on 76, the Reds on 75.

But imagine if the teams score the same number of goals? In that case, head-to-head results will determine the champion.

And in that scenario, too, Arsenal will win the league. They won eight points from Liverpool and City games (two wins, two draws) while the Reds and the Citizens have only three each (three draws, two defeats).
