One big candidate unlikely to replace Klopp, 5+ managers still in the running (reliability: 5 stars)

The Athletic's David Ornstein says he doesn't think Roberto De Zerbi will replace Jurgen Klopp at Liverpool.

Ruben Amorim, in turn, is 'definitely' among the candidates but not the standout yet as the Reds 'have no favourites'.

Ornstein also mentions Thiago Motta (Bologna) and Simone Inzaghi (Inter Milan) as highly-valued candidates thanks to Richard Hughes' Italian links; Thomas Tuchel and Hans-Dieter Flick could also be in the race.

Liverpool are going to make the final decision in the coming weeks, the transfer expert adds.
