Liverpool are trailing 1-0 to Man City at Anfield at half-time. The Reds are putting in an excellent performance and are unlucky to be behind.
However, these three players need to improve after the break for the Reds to score.
Diaz. Scored but was in an offside position. Also had a chance in the 41st minute but his effort went wide. But should be way more involved in the game.
Gomez. Foden got the better of him on quite a few occasions, needs to be better in one-on-one defending. More attacking involvement would be really appreciated as well. At the moment the Reds' left-hand side is not working properly.
Szoboszlai. Had a header going over from a good position. But it's not about finishing, it's about Liverpool needing Dom to be more involved in the build-up phase. At the moment it's Bradley, Harvey and Macca who create chances for others, Szoboszlai needs to step up too.
