'Cry at home': Romero snaps at Mac Allister on social media after ref scandal in Spurs' loss

Alexis Mac Allister and his international teammate, Cristian Romero, had an argument on Instagram after Tottenham's controversial win against Liverpool. With all the bad referee's decisions, it was clear Liverpool players would be frustrated.

Mac Allister wrote: 'Normal when you have 12 players.'

Romero subsequently responded: 'Cry at home'

For now, it seems like the comment has been deleted, but lots of screenshots with different amounts of likes and replies suggest that footballers' comments were not fake.

Mac Allister and Romero are teammates at the international level for Argentina and were part of the squad that won the World Cup last year, but this argument shows that the relationships between the players are not that great.
