Jota agrees Al Ittihad move — but there's a catch!

"Al Ittihad have prepared documents and contracts for Jota to join the club next week," Fabrizio Romano tweeted.

"The player has already accepted, work in progress between clubs with Celtic for Jota to join Kanté and Benzema at Al Ittihad."

The Jota in question is João Pedro Neves Filipe, a Celtic winger. He has nothing to do with the Liverpool forward Diogo Jota.

The Reds' Jota has a contract until 2027 and hasn't been linked with a summer move away from Anfield.
