Yesterday, we asked you which midfielder not named Jude Bellingham Liverpool should sign. There have been many comments suggesting various players. Here are a few suggestions.
Khaled Abdou: "Dominik Szoboszlai, Leipzig player. Pure talent, quick, strong, young. His pace is outstanding. Playing the same system in Leipzig of the high pressing. Not overrated, can play as a wing or box to box or number 10, won't cost too much."
Matip: "Youri Tielemans is not fucking expensive and he is very good as well."
Steve LFC: "Declan Rice because he is versatile and durable and can play every match of the season in multiple positions in Klopp midfield. Basically the new Gini engine that we sorely miss"
Ray Watkinson: "Connor Gallagher got first team experience and a very good engine and talented too"
anonymous LFC fan: "Sandro Tonali would be a good fit in the squad. heβs basically a 22-year-old Oxlade-Chamberlain. However, we should need to move in fast for him, as Arsenal are heavily interested in him"
Erik Mattsson: "I think Julian Brandt from Dortmund would fit in our squad since his talent makes the work, he can score, finish, pass, assist, anything you like. He's simply extraordinary and is available on the wing as well π₯"
Frank Tiswell: "Try and get Bernardo Silva. If possible."
Aryen Oranje: "I just don't understand why nobody at Liverpool is talking about Frenkie de Jong. A Dutch midfielder who can play in attack or defence! Perfect age, never injured and experience! If we have Frenkie and Bellingham we will be unstoppable next 5 years!!

Rochdale Scouse: "It's not rocket science to suggest we need 2 midfielders. We need one straight away and one next summer. Why not get Barella and Bellingham now and go for broke rather than keep on papering over the cracks?

Cubeyd Cali: "It had to be Gavi, But what about if we explore the possibility of luring Bernardo Silva from Man City? I know it's a bit silly to think about this but who can write Jurgen and Julian off? The best thing of all is to wait for our man Jude Bellingham, a VVD-like."
Note that Liverpool are apparently not planning to sign a midfielder this summer despite the ongoing injury crisis in this position.
