Ings is valued by Transfermarkt at £19.80m, but seeing how well he has played recently and the fact that he is likely to move to a 

 club, the fee that Southampton might demand could be more than this. 

Admittedly, any potential fee the Reds do get won't be enough to sign a 

, but every little penny counts this summer!

Good for him he's a good  lad my nephew plays for Southampton under 18's and was invited to train with the first team a few months back, Ings was the only player who even bothered to talk/train with him and the other lad! the rest of the squad just ignored them both?

the club only get 20 per cent on the ten million that Southampton  sold him for over the top of the 20 million they bought him for so therefore 20 percent  of 10 million is 2 million so now you understand

Well if the rumours are correct and he was sold for £30 million  by my calculations 20% of £30 million = £6 million not £2 million 🤔

Our current squad is good enough to get top 4 this coming season  even if we bring no one in or don't suffer 2 or 3 long term injuries to our first 11. 
City Chelsea and United are though trying to buy the title  so unless we do towards the end of the window don't buy anyone in particular a good number 9 goalscorer I think we might finish behind all the above mentioned cheating clubs and be in a three way fight with Leicester and Villa for 4th spot

it would be an achievement to.make top four just for the money involved, but I'm pissed that United Chelsea and city are spending big money I'm sure they haven't got authority's doing nothing to stamp out there cheating

that's more cash to the pot,but I fear unless we have añnother substantial sale this pot isent sufficient for us to entre the market as it looks fsg won't sanction any buy unless Edwards gets money in first,.United city and Chelsea all buying above there means or there cheating again
