Tottenham Hotspur are finalising the deal to sign Manor Solomon as a free agent, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The 23-year-old attacker will join Spurs from Shakhtar Donetsk.
Last season, Solomon was one of the most effective wingers in the Premier League, only behind Arsenal's Reiss Nelson. He averaged 0.64 goals per 90 minutes for Fulham.
He was also one of the best players at winning tackles against dribblers (second behind Aaron Wan-Bissaka by May 2023, per SofaScore) which is quite special given he's an attacker and an avid dribbler himself.
Solomon will be Tottenham's fifth incoming transfer this season after James Maddison, Pedro Porro, Dejan Kulusevski and Guglielmo Vicario.
Spurs won't be playing European football next season after finishing just 8th last season.
