Everton beat Crystal Palace to avoid relegation, fans invade pitch after crucial goal

Everton came back from 2–0 down to beat Crystal Palace 3–2 in the Premier League at Goodison Park on Thursday night.

The result means that the Toffees are now safe and will not be relegated to the Championship regardless of last game's result.

Following Dominic Calvert-Lewin's goal in the 85th minute of the game, Everton fans threw flares and invaded the pitch to celebrate with the players.

It took the Goodison Park staff members a while to clear everyone out and allow the game to continue.
