Gavi expected to be fully fit only in January 2025 — latest injury update

Diario AS report that Gavi will not be back in action at the beginning of the next season. He is expected to be fit in either October or November.

The Spaniard's recovery is going slower than expected. At the moment he is halfway through the process.

The midfielder suffered a knee ligament injury in November while on international duty and Barca thought that he would take between seven and nine month to recover. But it looks like he would be out for almost a year.

Even after coming back in October or November, Gavi would take time to get into the best shape. So the club expects him to be fully fit only in January 2025.
