Javier Tebas is 'optimistic' about Barcelona's chances of reverting to the 1:1 transfer rule this summer, reports RAC1's Aleix Parise.

That's because Barca are set to receive €40m from an investmend fund, as well as €60m for selling part of Barca Studios!

The 1:1 rule would allow the club to sign players without any Financial Fair Play restrictions, as well as receive the full amount of money from player sales.

This also means Barca's chances of signing big players this summer increase! This is crucial to Xavi's chances of staying beyond this season.

Barcelona reportedly target the likes of Bernardo Silva, Dani Olmo and Amadou Onana while also planning to keep both Joao Cancelo and Joao Felix.
