Paulo Dybala is available for just €13m starting from January 1, reports Gazzetta dello Sport's Andrea Pugliese.
It applies to all clubs outside Italy. If a non-Italian side pay the fee and Dybala agrees to the move, Roma will have to sell him.
The Argentine reportedly offered himself to Barcelona in 2022; however, some board members were against the move. We're yet to see if Blaugrana consider him an option in January.
Dybala usually plays behind a striker and close to the right wing this season. He has 4 goals and 6 assists in just 15 appearances for Roma this term.
The 30-year-old played for Juventus before. He is a World Cup winner with Argentina.
