Thiago Silva has announced that he will be leaving Chelsea at the end of the season.
The veteran defender was 36 years old when he joined Chelsea and went on to write history by helping the Blues lift the Champions League.
A fan favourite for the four years he spent at the club, the supporters have been paying tribute to the legend after his departure announcement.
