Who is Chelsea's coach shoving players away from referee after late-time controversy?

Chelsea players were understandably frustrated after their late winning goal against Aston Villa was controversially cancelled after a VAR check.

After the final whistle, they rounded the referee, and who knows what would've happened next if Mauricio Pochettino's assistant coach Jesus Perez hadn't intervened.

At first, it looked like he was prepared to tear into Craig Pawson as well.

However, Perez then started to shove players away from the ref so that they would avoid any sanctions.

Perez has been Pochettino's right-hand man for over a decade. In training, he works closely with the players, so he probably understood that there would be trouble if some guys aren't pulled away quickly.
