'Absolutely no decision': Fabrizio Romano gives Chelsea hope over Victor Osimhen pursuit

Several days ago, reports emerged that PSG are closing in on a deal with Napoli to sign Chelsea target Victor Osimhen.

However, according to Fabrizio Romano, the Ligue 1 giants are yet to decide whether to proceed with the striker's signing.

"From what I’m told at the moment, nothing is advanced and PSG have made absolutely no decision on whether they want to go for a centre-forward or a different kind of player," Romano wrote in his column for CaughtOffside.

Osimhen's contract with Napoli has a €120m release clause. Napoli are highly unlikely to accept anything less, while Chelsea would have to generate funds through player sales to even think about how they can afford it.
