Italian source Corriere dello Sport report that AS Roma want to offer Chelsea to re-sign their former striker Tammy Abraham in exchange for Romelu Lukaku.
The Belgian is currently on loan at Stadio Olimpico. He's scored 10 goals and provided three assists in 26 Serie A appearances so far this season.
It has been previously reported that the Blues had agreed with the striker that they would let him leave the club on a permanent basis in the summer for a £37m fee. It has also been reported that Roma may find it difficult to find money to pull off the deal.
Abraham has been incredibly unlucky with injuries. He hasn't kicked a ball this season after suffering an ACL injury on the final day of the previous campaign. Last season, he scored eight goals and made three assists in 38 league games.
