Carney Chukwuemeka had an instant impact when he came on for Chelsea in their win over Leicester City in the FA Cup.
The youngster combined with Cole Palmer brilliantly to score the winner for Chelsea late in the game. He has opened up on his connection with Palmer, revealing that it's not the first time the pair have linked up.
"Even in training, we are always finding each other and linking well," said Chukwuemeka about his goal. "So as soon as I played it to Cole, I knew I was getting it back.
"He even told me before the game that when I came on, he would assist me. So we have that combination together and hopefully, we can build on it.
"It was an amazing feeling, honestly. I didnβt know what to do after I scored, how to celebrate.
"But Iβve got great team-mates who pushed me toward the fans."
