Fabrizio Romano has also confirmed that the fee is reported to be £30 million for the defender.

100% correct....im going to tell it the way i see it ...what good is Reece James to Chelsea??plays 3 games and out for 3 months. whoever gave him the captains armband needs sacking...and Chilwell on the other side ..another captain thats embarrassing to Chelsea the amount of games he plays or moreso ,the amount of games he misses ...id sell both of them ...and throw in the clown Cucurella..we have Gusto and even Gilchrist for right back ...Id bring back Hall and buy another decent left back ...i couldn't see Maatsen even wanting to come back and i dont blame him ...he never got a chance ...and wont ...our manager has a lot of questions to answer...

sadly there's to many of our academy boys never been given a fair chance to prove themself due to managers always bying players every now and then.

theres so many players there that need to go ..Cucurella, Sterling,  Ugo,..is Medueke and Mudryk  good enough..Reece and Chilwell cannot play 5 games in a row ..this shit with Lavia???one game all season ,isint that just pathetic..Nkunku was to be the saviour...well from what I've seen ,if hes the answer, then we are fried ..Disasi had a brilliant game against City ,been mostly shit since ....Fofana another embarrassment...and again from what i did see ,he was lazy and thought hed play at his own pace ....We are miles and miles from where we need to be ...We should have bought Ward Prowce and Maddigan and even hard men like John mcGinn from Villa ....Lewis Dunk from Brighton...not that idiot Cucurella ...im still not 100% convinced about Colwill either ..

you are right about the need to sell some players and some of them should not been bought for ridicolus money and are yet to prove their pricetag. 
sometimes i get the feeling we buy players just because we can,and to prevent others to sign them. instead of buying whats needed or put some thrust for our own.

The question is.. Why is he(Hall) patiently sitting on the bench at Newcastle while at Chelsea he wants to always play... He should be sold Asap

well id say ,given the choice, Hall doesn't want to be on anyones bench ...maybe he was advised by Chelsea cause he wouldn't get the amount of games and Newcastle, at the time was a chance to play regularly...But Dan Burn and Tino Livromento has sealed up that left back position and Hall has been the unlucky one ...so why your saying he needs to be sold is just another ridiculous comment ....at the moment, we need Hall more than Newcastle obviously....but hes in limbo ....which is just ridiculous when we dont actually have a left back .....

If he had waited for his time to come he wouldn't have gone to Newcastle.. And pls nobody advised him to move.. He wanted it cus he felt he's a regular sorry regular on the bench.. We really don't need him if he's dat good I'm sure he wouldn't be on the bench even wen he's fit..

£30m is a good business but I think CHELSEA should try to include buy-back clause or Sell-on clause...as CHILWELL and Cucurella are not Chelsea Future...
Recouping similar £30m  from IAN MAATSEN is also very good....

in the end we should be able to make up to 100million from players sales in the summer. good for FFp but Todd and co have messed up the club and we are not looking good at all in terms of being competitive gunning for titles
