"Levi [Colwill] and Raheem [Sterling] come into the side today and Robert Sanchez misses out," Mauricio Pochettino said in his interview ahead of Chelsea's Premier League clash with Man City.
"We had hoped to include Robert in the squad today but after the press conference on Friday, it emerged that he had a personal problem which meant he could not be here with us. It’s not a big issue but it’s important for him to be at home today.
"The team I’ve picked I believe in and some of the decisions are circumstantial, because of certain players being injured and unavailable.
"We need to find the right balance with the way we set up and I think that this team can do that today. We are finding our ways to perform, finding how to become consistent and that is something I want to see from not only the guys coming in, but from all the team."
