What has this got to do with them knowing football?? Yes I understand you want them to sell certain players but in business sometimes you got to take risk and sell your most valuable asset in order to save the business from sections and that's what is going on so just chill.

THIS IS NOT business,its a football club with a history since 1905,and has been of great concerned for a lot of londoners under those years.
during the last 20 years we have had great success,and recieved a lot of fans from abroad,I'm one of them since late 60.and whats really pisses me off,is alot of abroad fans demanding chelsea to sell every english player,and bye useless foreigners players just to satisfied your personal agenda.now its the time to find out who is a true chelsea supporter,and not just simple glory hunters

That's a very unfair accusation. During the glory days of the Abramovic era, Chelsea had top top English players and all fans outside England loved them as much as they did Drogba, Essien, Ballack, Ivanovich or Cech!!

Who currently isn't proud of Palmer?! He's top quality!! Fans are aggrieved with a Player like Raheem because we all thought his experience would be like a guiding light for all the kids that Boehly and Co invested in!! But, It hasn't turned out so!!

If these players weren't terrible before they came to Chelsea, then more of the blame should go to the Coaching Staff.

How about Chelsea add Enzo Fernandez, Raheeme Sterling, Noni Madueke, Noises Caicedo, Mykhailo Mudryk, Benoit Badiashile, Axel Disasi, Broja and Nicolas Jackson to the list of player to get rid off to generate revenue to get better quality players sign for this summer .I understand everyone wants to keep the conversation professional but how  about us all keep it honest. 95%of the Chelsea starting Xl is trash quality players. Who are showing no improvement period!

Running an academy does not mean all players raised must play for the first team, the Success of Cfc over the years is not by academy players alone, in fact how many of them made the team in the JT era?, how many of them played significant role in our winning 5 EPL Titles? most of them are sold, some are dropped and some choose to leave, only ManU succeeded in the Alex Ferguson era by promoting about 6 academy kids into the main team and they grew to become the main stay of the Team, but since that era of Becham, Sciles, Giggs, Neville brothers, Wes Brown, how many kids are now in the ManU team?, I've seen enough of Gallagher to know we won't regret selling for a good fee, the stats sums up his entire season, or you should please tell us his role in the team, Cold Palmer just came, young player from City Academy check his stats and compare to Gallagher

The problem of Chelsea from the few last years of Abramovic to Boehly and Co, has been largely, wrong Investments.

The idea of having a good Academy is to use your players to support a good and experienced squad, all the products won't play for the team!

I'm still asking myself why Chelsea listened to Lampard and sold Tomori! why they also let good Academy players like Gilmore and Guehi leave after the bad advice of Tuchel?!

Your best Academy players are the one you fit into your Senior team and make money largely from the next best range of players!

A lot of things are still so wrong at Chelsea, even with the presence of Sporting Directors!

The blame at times is not entirely on the club or Coach, some of these lads are restless and feel they deserve to play in the main team, some of them Solanke begin to demand for huge wages, some of them like Tariq Lamptey refuse to renew their contract and enter into negotiations with other clubs and so on, what matters most is Loyalty, Respect and mutual understanding between Club and player, what can you say about Mason Mount, the club gave him opportunity to break into the limelight, he became an International, what did we later see? so the club is wary and careful but I know if a player is humble , Loyal and ready to give his all, the club will reciprocate

Russian Ukrainian war have finally reduced Chelsea to mockery where backbone son of the soil acedemy graduates are now flushed like tissue papers whereas other teams are using the same acedemy graduate Chelsea is taking for granted to rebuild their teams and even make their teams stronger, We just keep selling ours to add value to already good teams, honestly  speaking what message are we truly leaving for the upcoming acedemy graduates in Chelsea?The sporting directors only succeeded in signing average and flops Yet they now want to replicate it by selling the better acedemy graduates? you pay the likes of sterling £1.2Million pounds monthly and that's all he can give,yet you don't see anything wrong in that?The problem is not selling Gallagher or Whoever, Enzo and Caicedo are not done at all as experience or matured midfielder for Chelsea standard,beside you will still go and waste more money than what you're selling Gallagher to buy us another flops who we don't even know when they'll picked form,Whoever that's behind the UK sanctions and sale of Chelsea will never have peace, infact they'll go in the way of
