Fulham submit offer to Chelsea for Broja (reliability: 4 stars)

Chelsea have received an offer for strike Armando Broja from Fulham, as per Simon Phillips.

The offer has been rejected by Chelsea and so far there has not been a counteroffer from Fulham.

The submitted proposal did not match Chelsea's value set on the striker, which is reported to be around £40 million.

Phillips further reports that Fulham are still in for the Albanian and will be returning with another proposal.
