Are Chelsea signing a new keeper in January after Sanchez injury?

The Evening Standard report that Chelsea are not planning to sign a goalkeeper in the January transfer window.

First-choice goalie Robert Sanchez sustained an injury in the Everton defeat and it's not yet clear when he'll be back.

The Blues trust Djordje Petrovic, another summer signing, to show he's capable of being a starting keeper. The Serbian kept a clean sheet on his first start for Chelsea in a 2-0 win against Sheffield United.

There is also trust in Marcus Bettinelli, who's regarded as 'one of the best third-choice keepers' in the league.

Hence, Chelsea will not act on their previously reported interest in Arsenal's Aaron Ramsdale.
