Man United to use Chelsea as example after falling behind in one transfer market angle

According to The Sun, Man United have admitted that they have fallen behind Chelsea and Man City when it comes to recruiting young players from all over the world.

That's why they have hired a US agency to find a new emerging talent scout to catch up in that department.

Man United are going through massive organisational changes as Sir Jim Ratcliffe is close to purchasing a stake at the club and control over football decisions. Ratcliffe was one of the potential Chelsea buyers but lost the race to the Todd Boehly-led consortium.

Under the new owners, Chelsea have made it their priority to sign the most promising players in the world.

The Blues have already secured the services of players like Andrey Santos, Cesare Casadei, Angelo and Kendry Paez, with more youngsters likely to come in the coming years.
