 believe £60m will be enough to convince 

The Blues already rejected the first offer from their London rivals as they initially valued the German at around ₤75m.

However, Havertz's current deal expires in two years, and he has no intention to sign an extension. Moreover, he's keen on joining Arsenal as well.

That puts Chelsea in an uncomfortable position which could force them to compromise.

Havertz joined Chelsea for £62.5m three years ago. Despite scoring the match-winning goal in the Champions League final in 2021, he has never quite lived up to the expectations - although it's also true that no coach has found an optimal position for him on the pitch.

The report does not specify how much Arsenal offered for the player. it reiterates, however, that the player is keen on the move.

Earlier reports suggested that Chelsea wanted around ₤75m for Havertz but accepted that they would have to be flexible.

The talks between the clubs will continue, but there's a chance 

 will also present an offer after a recent claim that they are also in the race.

I would disagree with you on that, Harvert ain’t that bad, yes he might be a kind of a lazy player, but technically he’s sound, postionally he’s good! Don’t forget he’s being used wrongly and out of position at Chelsea! Compared to where he was used in Germany! And it’s obvious he’s not happy, and once a player is not happy, you don’t expect to get the best out of them! Under the right manager who uses him in a more favourable position, believe me Harvertz would be a very valuable player. That I can boldly tell you of. That’s the more reason he would prefer a move to Arsenal rather than back to Germany to link up back with Tuchel who used him wrongly.

I just have a feeling this deal might come back to haunt us! But it is what it is! I’ll rather we cash in on him, since it’s obvious he doesn’t want to be here anymore! Rather than lose him to peanuts next season.
