'Put the girls' team in', 'play Lampard in midfield': Chelsea fans pick ultimate XI for City game

Chelsea face Man City later today (kick-off at 4pm UK time) and the Blues will be without a host of players. Benoit Badiashile, Mason Mount, Reece James, Ben Chilwell, N'Golo Kante, Marc Cucurella, Armando Broja and Kalidou Koulibaly are not in contention.

Yesterday, we asked you how the Blues should line up against the Citizens.

Here are some of the replies:

"I just want to see Mudryk and Madueke, that's all," Muhindo Eugene commented.

"Don't respect them too much just play good and attacking football, we actually have nothing to lose," Albert Boatend said.

"Whatever Lampard chooses, I want to see Mudryk, Datro Fofana and Madueke up front," Ambrose Odbekile added.

Many fans can't wait for the season to end and have made jokes about the possible XI.

"Let's try something new tomorrow, play Kepa as a midfielder and Havertz as a goalkeeper, see what happens," Riston Morris sarcastically commented.

"Put Lampard in the midfield, let him play," another fan joked.

"Chelsea management should just write to the FA that Chelsea will not honour the match because of the beating they have received this season alone is too much and they don't want Man City to increase it," John Ahmed commented.

"Should put the girls' team in," Peanut wrote.

So overall, here's a squad with youngsters and available players in:

Mendy; Chalobah, Silva, Fofana, Hall; Chukwuemeka, Enzo, Gallagher; Madueke, Datro Fofana, Mudryk
