Julian Nagelsmann pulled out of Chelsea manager race due to two key reasons

Julian Nagelsmann surprised many Chelsea fans by withdrawing from the contention to become the club’s new manager.

As per the Daily Mail, the German gaffer was ‘spooked’ into pulling out of the race.

One major reason behind that was that Nagelsmann harboured serious concerns over Chelsea’s recruitment policy under the current regime.

He also started growing uneasy after seeing the Blues linked with Vincent Kompany and Mauricio Pochettino.

Nagelsmann is now reportedly keen on accepting the Tottenham Hotspur role and becoming their next manager.

Chelsea, meanwhile, are in advanced talks with Pochettino and are expected to unveil him as their next manager soon.
