"I wasn’t surprised [that Chelsea appointed him] because he did a good job at Brighton.

“He is a very good manager but he won’t change things overnight. He will need time. The question is, will he get time at Chelsea?

anything happens in football. 
GP is a new manager who played his first fixture in UCL where he hasn't been before. this is his debut UCL fixture and he gives you a draw even while he has no idea about anything ongoing nor the strengths and weaknesses of the players. 
Tuchel lost without a fight with your suggested players Fofana and Koulibaly.
Potter dropped those two and still gave us a performance Tuchel didn't and saved us a point.

@Pablo, Chelsea's recipe of hiring and firing made us to be the most successful club in the new era of English football. That's what made us have a great haul of trophies as compared to other clubs who would give a long reign to managers. Of course it has its own flaws but the required results were achieved.

these top managers believe in building a long term army that would even standout for the next manager to come when they leave. football is family and not only about kicking the ball around.

AFTER Ancelotti, Chelsea have won EPL trophies and champions league. AFTER Mourinho, Chelsea have won EPL and Champions league. AFTER Tuchel, Chelsea will still be champions.

I love TT, but we have to move on. My loyalty is with Chelsea 1st. I will eternally be grateful and appreciative of those that have helped our club to win titles, but we have to move on, that is how the game is now.

my point is... we can't be sacking managers after bad games. even Pep and Klopp have bad games and effortless losses. 
but here in Chelsea once there's a loss in a game every fan is a coach and will be outlining what the manager did wrong and be asking that he gets sacked, forgetting sometimes the players are to blame. 
how and why blame a manager when Sterling is wasting chances in front of goal? is that also the manager's fault?

the manager is now testing the quality of players to get his best players as starters. 
you'll still complain and suggest different players if he had started Fofana and Koulibaly as you want and we still lose or draw. 
why do we Chelsea fans talk and always complain? even Manchester City drew against Crystal Palace and no one complained even over a perfect formation and quality players like Haaland and co.
