Chelsea are close to signing Russian wonder kid Arsen Zakharyan from Dynamo Moscow, as confirmed by the player's agent, Pavel Andreev.
The 19-year-old has been lighting up the Russian Premier League ever since his senior debut back in November 2020.
His first start for Dynamo Moscow came in their first game after the winter break and the youngster's cross forced a handball to win a penalty for his team within the first 7 minutes.
He then went on to score his first goal for the club in the same half, with the team winning 2-1 at full-time.
In his time ascending through the youth team to the senior squad at Dynamo Moscow, he's had a total of 57 goal contributions in 84 appearances for the club.
13 goals, 16 assists in 52 appearances in the senior side, since he broke through in 2021, is a commendable record for a 19-year-old midfielder.
