Werner and Newcastle's Fabian Schar share an agent who's said to be the man trying to make the move happen, the source claim.

Werner has not really kicked into gear at Chelsea since his €53m move to Chelsea from Leipzig last year.

The German has managed a miserly 14 goals in 60 games for Chelsea. Still, one can only imagine what will happen if Werner moves to Tyneside to play for Newcastle.
